WHAT: 2026-2027 HART SHOW CHOIR AUDITIONS
WHEN: 4/27-4/30 (see below for details)
WHERE: Hart High School Cafeteria and Choir Room (R1)
HOW: Prepare a 60-90 second song that you love to sing for vocal auditions. For the dance audition, there is nothing to prepare in advance but you need to come to the initial learning day on Monday 4/27 and then come back on Thursday evening 4/30 to do the final dance audition.
AUDITION WEEK SCHEDULE:
Monday 4/27- 3-6PM
Hart Cafeteria
Learn the dance
You must come to this first day of auditions to learn the audition dance, taught by one of our amazing choreographers. Dress to dance with comfortable shoes and hair out of your face. No jeans or skirts permitted.
WEDNESDAY 4/29- 3-5PM
Hart Choir Room
Practice the dance
Come to the Hart Choir Room to practice the dance. This clinic is lead by our senior dance captains and will help you prepare for the audition!
THURSDAY 4/30- 2:30-5PM

Vocal Auditions

Prepare a 60-90 second song that you love to sing and that shows off your voice. Preferred styles: Pop, Rock, Musical Theater. You need to bring an instrumental/karaoke track that fits your audition song to sing with. No a cappella singing permitted.
THURSDAY 4/30- 6:30-9PM
Hart Choir Room
Dance Auditions
(You will be given a time slot before this day.)
Come to the Hart Choir Room to audition the dance. Dress to dance with comfortable shoes and hair out of your face. No jeans or skirts permitted.
FRIDAY 5/8
Choir lists come out!
These will be emailed to you and sent to the Hart High counseling office.
